The album was always going to be called - The Fish That Swallowed The Moon. One night I was lying on the floor, in the dark, on a very windy night. Just watching the clouds roll over a big, brightly lit moon.

Then a large cloud came over that looked like the front of a fish, the mouth swallowed the moon and it went dark. I began to think that a real fish may see the moon, glittering on the undersurface of the water, and be lured up to eat it. After disturbing the water, the image of the moon would dissipate and the fish would believe that it had acheived something, when it hadn't.

The Fish That Swallowed The Moon represents when I think I have achieved something, when I havent. And I'll do it over, and over again. This was the last song written for the album. I just woke up singing the chorus in my head one day.
